Lawyer

Philippe graduated in Law from the Université de Montréal and has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2007.

He began his practice in litigation in a firm specializing in insurance law located in the Old Port of Montreal from 2007 to 2009. Subsequently, for nearly 10 years, he worked for a major provincial, national and international firm within which PHILIPPE gained solid experience in civil and commercial litigation, which led him to regularly plead before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.

At DUBÉ LATREILLE, his practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, insurance law, construction law, and extraordinary remedies (injunctions, safeguard orders, etc.). He has also developed an expertise in product liability for the benefit of local, national and international clients.

PHILIPPE is a litigator at heart. He spares no effort to clearly identify the priorities of the people who request his services and to vigorously assert their rights and interests before the courts. His focus is always fixed on the objectives of his clients.

On a personal level, he is a spouse and father of 3 children. He is also a serving infantry officer in the Canadian Army Reserve since 2005 in Montreal. As such, he has taken part in a deployment in Haiti, following the 2010 earthquake, and he has served in Afghanistan during the last combat mission of the Canadian Forces, that is from 2010 to 2011.
