After successfully completing his internship with our firm, Me Si Bo Wang joined our team in 2024 as a lawyer specializing in civil law and compliance law (Bill 25 and FINTRAC).

Me Wang obtained his bachelor's degree in civil law (LL.B.), with honors, from the Université de Montréal's international program, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in business law. He also holds a certificate in Chinese law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.

During his studies, he developed a keen interest in business law, as well as civil and commercial litigation. He is also interested in environmental law. In fact, the subject of his master thesis is administrators' liability for environmental protection law in Quebec.

During his studies, Me Wang worked as a research assistant and law student in a firm specializing in real estate law. He also worked as an assistant in a law firm in China.

We wish him every success and achievement in this new professional phase!

王律师以优异成绩获得蒙特利尔大学民法学士学位,目前正在攻读商法硕士学位。他还持有中国政法大学的中国法证书。

在学习期间,他对商法和民商诉讼法产生了浓厚的兴趣。他还对环境法感兴趣。他的论文题目是《魁北克法律规定的董事会成员的环境保护责任》。

在学习期间,王律师曾在一家专门从事房地产法的公司担任研究助理和法律系学生。他还曾在中国一家律师事务所担任助理。
