Stéphanie David began her career in France after completing with distinction her law studies at Université de Poitiers. For the following 10 years, she worked as a jurist in private law firms and for corporations mainly in corporate and commercial law. In the course of her practice, she was called upon to explore various fields of law such as aeronautics, car racing, print media and multimedia. Over time, she developed a sound expertise in negotiation, contract drafting, and corporate restructuring operations (mergers and acquisitions, creation of a corporation, capital increase, modification of legal status, etc.).

Today, she combines her French legal experience with Canadian and Quebec law, an advantage that provides her with a comparative and analytical point of view that is most valuable in resolving complex legal issues.

Driven by a natural interest in business law, Me Stéphanie David dedicates her practice to corporate and commercial law, including commercial litigation. Rigorous, attentive and determined, she executes her mandates with tact and diplomacy while always keeping sight of her clients’ objectives.
